We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Project Manager for high-end residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most luxurious and sophisticated residential projects in the area. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage high-end residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate and supervise the work of the construction team, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
4. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
5. Liaise with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
6. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Manage any changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
8. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
9. Report and escalate to management as needed.
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction project management.
2. A proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential construction projects from start to finish.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
9. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
