Project Manager / Estimator - Commercial Construction

Based in Tulsa, we are a fast growing GC that specializes in commercial construction. We focus on the local market and our projects typically range from $1-10M in value size. This includes ground-up and renovations for offices, medical buildings, retail stores and more.

Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a Project Manager / Estimator.

We have a great reputation in the area and a large pipeline of work.

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as a Project Manager at a GC
+ Experience with estimating
+ Experience with commercial construction

NICE TO HAVE
+ Experience with ground-up
+ ProCore or similar construction management software
