We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and delivery of the final project.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory approvals are obtained and that the project complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction, adapting plans as needed to overcome challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
