Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure all project requirements are met.
3. Managing all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.
4. Ensuring all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, as well as other relevant legal requirements.
5. Leading and motivating a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work at all times.
6. Communicating effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
7. Identifying potential risks or issues that could impact the project and developing strategies to mitigate them.
8. Ensuring the highest quality of construction and craftsmanship in mid-rise and high-end projects.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, preferably with a general contractor.
2. Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
