We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Concrete Restoration Division serving the greater Chicagoland.

We are seeking an experienced construction Project Manager for our Concrete Restoration Team located downtown. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, within the division. They will lead the project from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors, working with vendors and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should also work well with others, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

A qualified candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years project management experience
• Experience with Concrete Restoration projects
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player
