Job Details:
Are you a seasoned Project Manager in the construction industry with a knack for managing large commercial projects from the ground up? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including those in the hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects and is ready to take on the challenge of ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our commercial construction projects. Your key duties will include:

1. Leading the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects from the ground up.
2. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
4. Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
5. Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, resolving any issues and conflicts.
6. Managing project budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Conducting project post-mortems and creating a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
8. Ensuring that all projects are executed in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing "Commercial Ground Up" and large commercial construction projects.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing projects in the hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living sectors.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models, and financial management.
6. An ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
