Job Details
- Run large commercial construction projects involving the installation of commercial glass (windows, storefront, curtainwall, etc).
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and production standards for assigned jobs.
- Manage and develop field foremen, including recruitment, selection, placement, evaluation, and personnel development.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with general contractors/clients to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among employees.
- Oversee timekeeping, pay levels, skill assessment, and performance management for assigned team members.
- Recruit and hire staff under the supervision of foremen, utilizing effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Implement training programs to enhance the skill sets and performance of the team.
