Project Manager, Commercial Glass & Glazing

An industry leader in commercial glass and glazing projects, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team! This role is integral to their operations and the right candidate will play a crucial part in the successful execution of projects. They are looking for someone with a strong background in commercial or industrial glass and/or glazing project management and construction. The candidate should have a solid understanding of construction documents and proficiency in Partnerpack and Bluebeam Revu is highly preferred!

Responsibilities:
1. Leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout.
2. Managing the project schedule and budget to ensure the project meets initial estimates.
3. Working closely with preconstruction team to understand project strategy, scope, and budget.
4. Collaborating with the project team to develop a comprehensive plan for project start up and successful kick-off.
5. Ensuring project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy.
6. Monitoring control of project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to ensure all aspects remain within forecasted parameters.
7. Providing management and delivery of commercial glass projects, ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing company reputation.
8. Reviewing and interpreting construction documents and providing direction to subcontractors and project team to ensure compliance with contract.
9. Utilizing Partnerpack and Bluebeam Revu for project management tasks such as document control, collaboration, and markup.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, specifically in the commercial glass/glazing sector.
2. Proven ability to read, understand, and interpret construction documents.
3. Proficiency in Partnerpack and Bluebeam Revu is highly preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
9. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
