We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Commercial Construction division. This opportunity will allow you to join a team of construction professionals who are passionate about delivering quality projects on time and within budget. As a project manager, you will be the lead point of contact for all matters related to project execution, from the initial planning stages through to completion. You will have the chance to work on a variety of commercial construction projects, each offering unique challenges and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists, ensuring that all teams are working together seamlessly.
• Develop and implement project strategies and plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project-related risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community members, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are

exceeded.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a specific focus on commercial

construction.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, materials, and quality control.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including building codes, safety laws, and regulations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, but not required.
