As a Permanent Project Manager for Commercial and Healthcare Construction, you will be at the heart of our high-end commercial and healthcare construction projects. This exciting role offers an opportunity to oversee and manage the entire life cycle of our construction projects, from the initial concept to the final handover. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of high-end commercial and healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are accurately captured and executed.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Manage and lead project teams, fostering a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate project performance upon completion, identifying key learnings and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing healthcare construction and high-end commercial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
