We are an industry-leading construction company seeking a dynamic Permanent Project Manager - Civil to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, including storm drainage, water, and sewer pipeline installation. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in civil engineering and project management.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager - Civil, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
3. Developing and implementing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards related to civil engineering and construction.
5. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is carried out according to approved plans and specifications.
6. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
7. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
8. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
9. Managing and resolving any conflicts or disputes that arise during the construction process.
10. Ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering and construction project management.
3. Proven experience in managing storm drainage, water, and sewer pipeline installation projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
8. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
