Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be the linchpin of our construction projects, coordinating all stages from initial planning to final completion. This role will require you to:

3. Determine the resources required to complete the project.

11. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Project Manager position, you should possess the following:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically with a focus on concrete, demolition, remediation, excavating, excavation, and paving.
2. A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
3. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software tools.
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
