Project Executive

Our projects span from wastewater to K-12 to municipality to transportation to urban planning. As a multidisciplinary firm, our services include architecture, construction management, land surveying, landscape architecture, transportation engineering, municipal engineering, and environmental.

We're adding a Project Executive to our team to lead and support projects and business development efforts in the Northwest Ohio region. This will be a unique opportunity to join an established firm while expanding in a new market. Small company feel with the resources and support of a large company.

Competitive compensation: $125k - $155k (DOE)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferred
• PE for OH, required
• PE for MI, a plus
• 10+ years' experience leading large engineering projects (civil engineering, municipal projects, w/ww, transportation, structural, etc...)
• Established client relationships in the region

Day-to-day:

• Business development
• Assisting in the growth and development of the office / project teams
• Supervise and support project managers
• Proposal development, project planning, cost estimation, and schedule development
• Serve as client liaison
• Conduct site visits and public meetings as required
