We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Executive to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our engineering projects. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in MEP, Construction Management, and Mechanical Engineering to showcase their skills and make a significant impact on our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conception to completion.
2. Collaborate with a team of engineers and other professionals to devise the best strategies for project execution.
3. Conduct project feasibility studies and present findings to the management.
4. Develop detailed project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, and schedules.
5. Implement project management practices and standards to ensure efficient and effective execution of projects.
6. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
7. Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and keep stakeholders informed about project developments and adjustments.
8. Ensure safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
9. Evaluate and assess the results of the project upon completion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
4. Proven experience in construction management.
5. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
6. Strong understanding of industry-specific equipment and operations.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
