We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. The potential candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects (heavy construction, including: highways, water plants, wastewater plants, and industrial facilities). The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex construction issues.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to identify project specifications and requirements.
2. Oversee the technical aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
3. Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
4. Coordinate project logistics, including material and equipment delivery, site preparation, and workforce allocation.
5. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management or as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, specifically in civil construction.
3. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
4. Proficient in using project management software and other industry-related tools.
