We are on the hunt for an experienced and highly motivated Permanent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing various projects related to the design, development, and improvement of our plastic and lighting products. Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Utilize project tracking tools to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the production team during the manufacturing process.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in plastics and lighting is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in project tracking tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.
