We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Coordinator to join our team in the Construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all project activities, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of AIA billing, sage, cost estimation, risk management, and more. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordinating construction and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, post, and reconcile AIA billings, collections, and cash receipts.
2. Prepare and execute release of liens and prepare WIP schedules.
3. Work closely with project managers to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
4. Use project management tools and techniques to monitor and report on project progress.
5. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
6. Estimate costs and manage the budget throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Identify and manage project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
8. Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring clear communication across all levels of the project.
9. Ensure all project documentation is maintained and updated as necessary, in line with company standards.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within the Construction industry.
2. Proven experience with AIA billing, Sage, cost estimation, and risk management.
3. Demonstrated ability to prepare, execute, and release liens, and prepare WIP schedules.
4. Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
7. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
