Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Demonstrated ability to independently complete tasks and self-manage daily activities
• Highly organized and self-motivated to offer directed project support
• Diligent professional with excellent phone etiquette and strong organizational abilities
• Holds 1-3 years of prior field experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks concurrently

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Coordinator with a focus on Construction/Fiber to join our team. Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing all aspects of our fiber construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinating with the site manager, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
3. Utilizing your expertise in Buried OSP engineering and Aerial OSP engineering to guide the design and execution of our projects.
4. Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards a common goal.
6. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact the successful completion of our projects.
7. Ensuring all project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored correctly.
8. Continuously improving our project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction/Fiber industry.
2. Proven experience in fiber optics, telecommunications, and construction.
3. Previous experience as a construction coordinator or site manager is highly desirable.
4. In-depth knowledge of Buried OSP engineering and Aerial OSP engineering.
5. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
8. A strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
9. Proficiency in the use of project management software and other relevant technology.
