Job Details:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This position offers an incredible opportunity to work with a team of industry professionals, managing and coordinating all architectural functions from project inception through completion. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to construction and handover.
2. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Oversee and participate in the design and production of construction documents.
5. Review and approve project designs and plans, ensuring they meet all safety standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, resolving any architectural or design issues that may arise.
7. Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, providing updates on timelines, budgets, and any potential risks or issues.
8. Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential architecture and project management.
3. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
4. Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
8. Must be a licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure.
