Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Project Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, from the initial concept and design stages through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the architectural design process, coordinating with other team members, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion.
2. Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
3. Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
4. Develop detailed construction documents and administer the contract for construction services.
5. Ensure all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
6. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
7. Review project costs and perform risk and value management to ensure cost-effectiveness.
8. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
9. Maintain project files and documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect in the construction industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
3. Licensed Architect with a thorough understanding of the design and construction documentation process.
4. Proficient in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
5. Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
6. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
8. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
10. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a passion for architecture and design.
