Job Details:
We are on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Permanent Project Architect to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from inception to completion, and to be a part of a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, and will be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and construction drawings. They will also have a solid understanding of construction management, construction documentation, and building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Produce high-quality construction drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Continually review and update project documentation to reflect changes and updates.
• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Extensive experience in producing and interpreting construction drawings.
• Solid understanding of construction management and documentation practices.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• A creative mindset, with a passion for delivering innovative architectural solutions.
