Job Details:

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Project Architect with a strong background in the industry to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to utilize their technical expertise, creativity, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project design, development, and execution, with a specific focus on healthcare facilities. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design and extensive experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design process, from conceptual design through overall completion of projects.
2. Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
3. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
4. Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings to ensure design and technical quality.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety standards.
6. Utilize advanced architectural knowledge and creativity to solve complex design challenges.
7. Provide expertise in healthcare facility design, considering factors like patient flow, medical equipment needs, safety regulations, and accessibility.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, and team members.
9. Continually monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards and be able to research, propose, and implement new technologies as they become available.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a specific focus on healthcare facilities.
3. Licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure.
4. Proficient in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. Strong knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs/procedures required to design and construct buildings.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
10. Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends and challenges.
11. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
12. Prior experience with OSHPD/HCAI projects
