We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join our innovative team! This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to utilize their architectural and project management skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design process and coordinate with the project team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach.
2. Utilize Revit software for design and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Manage all phases of design including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
5. Review and manage project design and construction budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
6. Ensure all architectural designs comply with regulatory requirements and client specifications.
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
8. Attend client meetings and present design proposals, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
9. Continuously improve project processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
10. Handle any issues or delays that arise during the construction process, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Valid Architectural license.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably in the engineering industry.
4. Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural design software.
5. Demonstrated experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
6. Exceptional design skills and a strong understanding of architectural principles.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex design concepts.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
10. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
11. A portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of innovative architectural designs.
