Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Architect.. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a diverse range of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will be a vital part of our team, overseeing projects from concept to completion. This position requires a blend of skills and experience that are specifically focused on architectural design, project planning, and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop design concepts and architectural designs for various projects.
2. Utilize Revit, 3D modeling, and other design software to create detailed architectural designs.
3. Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final completion.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Manage the construction administration process, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits.
6. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for project management and communication.
7. Ensure all work is in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
8. Continually update technical knowledge and skills through professional development.
9. Contribute to the development of company standards, policies, and procedures related to architectural design and project management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in an architectural role, preferably within the engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in architectural design, project planning, and construction administration.
4. Strong technical design skills, with proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
8. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
10. Registration as a licensed Architect would be an advantage.
