We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and possess expertise in Revit design for education, healthcare, and commercial projects. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and construction of projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documents
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Research and implement innovative design solutions that meet client needs and expectations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Professional license in Architecture preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project architecture, with a focus on education, healthcare, and commercial sectors
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Knowledge of LEED certification and sustainable design practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Passion for design and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
