Job Details

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking company. You will have the freedom to work up to 4 days a week remotely, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Project Architect, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Creating detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
2. Overseeing all stages of the project, from initial concept and design to completion, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.
3. Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all project objectives are met.
4. Reviewing and approving project designs and plans, ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
5. Leading project meetings and presenting designs and plans to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
7. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and team members throughout the project.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Project Architect position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience of architectural experience with at least 2 at the Project Architect level or in a similar.
2. A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
3. Architect license is preferred but not required.
4. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with a strong portfolio of design work.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to architectural challenges.
