Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Permanent Project Manager to join our team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. This position will require a keen eye for detail, a proactive nature, and an unyielding commitment to quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, design, and implementation for all engineering projects.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Use AutoCAD and Revit to create, modify, and review construction plans and drawings.
4. Interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure all aspects of the project are accurately represented and understood.
5. Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and effectively communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders.
6. Maintain a comprehensive project schedule and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
7. Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
8. Ensure all projects comply with safety and building regulations.
9. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
10. Review project deliverables for accuracy and thoroughly test to ensure they meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering or construction industry.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
4. Experience in retail and understanding of construction drawings is required.
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
7. Sound knowledge of building codes, safety laws, and regulations.
8. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
