Project Accounting

We are a general contractor specialize in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, corporate office and retail. We are seeking for experience accountant within the construction industry. You will be reporting to our Controller!

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field.
Min 2 years of experience in accounting within construction industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced level for Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
AIA Billings (G702, G703, Lien Waivers)
Experience processing AR/AP
Knowledge in Acumatica, Spectrum Viewpoint, or Sage Software
Preparing Financial Statements
Analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts
Understands Retainage

Nice to haves:
Experience with WIP logs.
Experience with Payroll / Payroll Compliance
Experience with Depreciation of Fixed Assets
Experience with 3rd party Financial reviews / audits.
Experience with Cash Flow Forecasting
Experience with intercompany transactions.
