We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of multiple programs, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The role involves complex problem-solving, strategic planning, and communication across various departments and teams. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects from beginning to end, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Develop program objectives and strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Apply APQP, FMEA, and other engineering principles to improve processes and outcomes.
• Manage engineering changes effectively and efficiently, coordinating with various departments and teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to identify and prioritize program goals, objectives, and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on program status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Solve complex problems, making decisions based on data, analysis, and professional judgment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Proven experience with program development, APQP, FMEA, engineering change management, strategic planning, project management, and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make decisions based on data and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• PMP certification is a plus.
