Program Manager (non-profit)

Responsibilities:

• Meet with existing and potential beneficiaries, review the organizations and programs to determine alignment with the foundation
• Summarize visits and findings for the team and make suggestions accordingly
• Educate organizations on grants program, requirements, and processes
• Review grant applications and follow-up with organizations on their applications
• Maintain files related to organizations, grants, funding, meetings
• Work with the team to provide recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval
• Assist with foundation events as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related area of study
• 3+ years non-profit experience
• Experience with Asana
• Experience with non-profit geared towards children a plus
• Some travel required
