We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Production Supervisor to join our dynamic Engineering team. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties. These include:

1. Overseeing and managing all production operations within the plant, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
2. Implementing and maintaining effective production processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
3. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the production team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
4. Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
5. Ensuring the safe operation of all machinery and equipment, including cooling systems.
6. Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks in the production process.
7. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the engineering industry.
9. Providing regular reports on production activities and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Production Supervisor, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience with cooling systems and automotive plant manufacturing.
3. A degree in engineering or a related field.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
