Job Details:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment where your work will directly impact our production efficiency and overall business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. They will also be required to manage raw materials and finished goods, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach and a strong commitment to achieving production targets.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Develop and implement production schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
Commit to plant safety procedures.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role.
Proven knowledge of effective production strategies and processes.
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling.
Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Strong understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain productive under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred.
