Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual English-Spanish Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a strong background in production management. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production activities on the shop floor, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing downtime.
Train and mentor production staff on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they are maintained in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
