Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Production Supervisor to join our team in the food and beverage industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement strategies, and Six Sigma methodology. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have a strong background in production management, quality control, process improvement, team leadership, and strategic planning. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience to help shape the future of our production processes and drive operational excellence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
2. Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes.
3. Utilize Six Sigma methodology to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and drive implementation.
4. Ensure adherence to quality control standards, policies, and procedures, taking corrective action as necessary to address any issues.
5. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with broader business objectives.
7. Monitor and manage production KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management on performance, progress, and future plans.
8. Lead strategic planning for the production department, setting goals, and developing plans to achieve them.
9. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including non-Spanish speaking team members.

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Manufacturing industry, ideally food and beverage.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma methodology.
4. Fluent in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proven experience in production management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating.
6. Strong understanding of quality control principles and process improvement techniques.
7. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
8. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Proficient in MS Office Suite and industry-specific software.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
