Production Supervisor - Fast Growing Manufacturing Firm!

Our client, a growing manufacturing firm in Kalamazoo, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its team!

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising daily activities of the manufacturing team to ensure optimal productivity and performance.

2. Setting, tracking and achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to drive operational efficiency.

3. Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes.

4. Ensuring compliance with all company policies, industry regulations and safety standards.

5. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.

6. Participating in budget development and cost tracking activities to support financial objectives.

7. Leading by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.

2. Proven experience setting and achieving KPI metrics.

3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement SOPs.

4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing compliance and safety standards.

5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

6. Exceptional communication + problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
