Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift operations in our fast-paced Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all processes are operating correctly, and ensuring that all safety and compliance measures are being followed. This position is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an individual who thrives in a challenging environment and is ready to take our production processes to the next level. If you have a deep understanding of GMP, meat production, food safety, HACCP, and SQF, and are bilingual in Spanish, this might be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating all activities of the 2nd shift production team.
• Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, Hazard Analysis Critical

Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) regulations.

• Managing the production process to ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Implementing and enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Addressing and resolving production issues to ensure minimal disruptions to manufacturing operations.
• Training and mentoring production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to production staff.
• Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including with our Spanish-speaking team

members.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Production Supervisor role, candidates must possess the following:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in meat production and understanding of food safety standards.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP),

and Safe Quality Food (SQF) regulations.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
