Production Manager

(APPLETON WI ONLY) We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Production Manager to lead our engineering team. This position will play a key role in managing and improving our production lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes are streamlined and efficient. This role requires a deep understanding of CNC operations, aerospace manufacturing, production planning, process improvement, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager in the Engineering industry.
• Proven experience with CNC operations, aerospace manufacturing, production planning, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and improve production processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and production planning software.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific equipment and operations.
• Familiarity with industry-standard health and safety regulations.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
