Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our production processes to new heights of efficiency and excellence. This position will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the activities of a manufacturing team to achieve production targets while maintaining high quality standards. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, with a proven track record in driving change and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily production operations, ensuring that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
2. Implement and enforce IATF and ISO standards to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
3. Utilize Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
4. Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics for production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
5. Lead, coach, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
7. Drive the implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of IATF and ISO standards.
4. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop and implement solutions.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
