Job Details:

Responsibilities:

3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, 5S, and other lean methodologies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
4. Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team building.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
6. Monitor production performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold the company's commitment to quality.
8. Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities to production staff.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the technology industry.
3. Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies such as Kaizen and 5S.
4. Strong knowledge of process control and quality control principles.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on fostering positive employee relations.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
