We are growing and looking for a Production Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timeliness of production goals.
• Manage production lines, focusing on flexible packaging, polyethylene, and film extrusion.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production output and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the production process.
• Analyze production data and create comprehensive reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing flexible packaging, polyethylene, and film extrusion processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, process improvements, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Proficient in the use of production management software and tools.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
