Responsibilities:

As a Production Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

10. Reporting on production performance and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, inventory management, and safety training.
3. A strong track record of improving customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Demonstrated success in waste reduction and maximizing material yield.
5. Experience in implementing continuous improvement strategies.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in relevant software applications.
10. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
