Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production management role within the engineering industry.
3. Strong knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing principles.
4. Proven track record in manufacturing operations and process improvement.
5. Solid understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.

8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
