Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Production Manager for our Flexible Packaging division. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-oriented manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

As a Production Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily operations of our flexible packaging production lines, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timelines of productions are met.
• Manage the production lines process from start to finish, including film extrusion, polyethylene, and flexible packaging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the production process.
• Implement and manage process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.
• Monitor and manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with other departments, Supply Chain team and Quality Assurance to ensure all materials and resources are met for production.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Analyze data and create comprehensive production reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards, including quality assurance and compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with film extrusion, flexible packaging, plastics, and/or other relevant manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement, quality assurance principles, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing production budgets.
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Production Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
