Responsibilities:

1. Utilize design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD to create, modify, analyze, and optimize designs.
2. Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for various projects.
3. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and can be manufactured efficiently.
4. Conduct mechanical engineering analyses to validate design performance and reliability.
5. Provide technical support to the production team during the manufacturing process.
6. Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and innovative solutions.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and market trends.
8. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
9. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
4. Experience in developing and maintaining BOM.
5. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
11. Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
