We are seeking a passionate and motivated Permanent Production Associate to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment, ensuring the interminable and efficient running of production. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate machinery to assist in the production process.
2. Assemble materials and equipment as required.
3. Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines.
5. Transport raw materials from one place to another.
6. Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met.
7. Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, equipment, and production systems.
8. Ensure workplace is clean and free of hazardous materials.
9. Follow all safety protocols and workplace policies.
10. Participate in production meetings and team activities, contributing ideas and suggestions for improvements.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Production Associate or in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient knowledge of machine operation and production procedures.
3. High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
6. Ability to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
7. Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times.
8. Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.
9. Reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic.
10. High school diploma or equivalent.
