RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Setting and meeting product line sales growth and profitability goals.
- Managing resources to support growth and expansion.
- Forecasting and meeting group budget and group/product P&L.
- Identifying and developing strategic target accounts.
- Supporting regional sales manager initiatives.
- Managing distributor relations and training initiatives.
- Developing, expanding, and launching new products.
- Effectively targeting markets to penetrate and implement through the sales organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in Engineering.
- Must have an engineering background
- Must have product management or sales background
- Experience in fluid power
- 10 - 40% travel
