As a Product Manager you will be at the forefront of the electric vehicle movement, spearheading the development of cutting-edge EV battery technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the EV industry, where you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle of high voltage batteries for electric vehicles. You will be the driving force behind the development, production, and marketing of our EV battery products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and affordability. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for our EV battery portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new high voltage battery products.
• Manage the entire product life cycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and market trends.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and use their feedback to improve and innovate our products.
• Apply product knowledge to create compelling value propositions and marketing materials.
• Respond to RFI's (Requests for Information) from customers and stakeholders, providing accurate and detailed product information.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that products are produced to the highest quality and efficiency standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the electric vehicle and battery technology industries, and use this knowledge to inform product development strategies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager focused on electric vehicle battery products (required).
• Proven experience with electric vehicle battery technologies, high voltage battery development, and energy storage solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product life cycle, from concept to launch.
• Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and market trends.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to create compelling value propositions and marketing materials.
• Experience responding to RFI's (Requests for Information) from customers and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of battery manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• A passion for electric vehicles and a commitment to sustainable transportation.
