5+ years of experience as a software product manager, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health SaaS industry.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business, or healthcare administration, is required.
Passion for behavioral health and improving the lives of healthcare professionals.
Deep knowledge of the behavioral health landscape and the challenges faced by practitioners is preferred.
Experience with EHR systems and other relevant healthcare technologies is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully launching and evolving software products.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
