As a Product Development AVP, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of innovative technology products that will transform the industry. This position plays a critical role in the strategic direction of the company, with a focus on product innovation, development, and commercialization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to bring new products to market. This role requires a strong analytical background, experience working in an agile environment, and knowledge of common services and software platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including ideation, design, development, testing, and commercialization.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs, market demands, and company objectives.
3. Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact.
4. Foster an agile environment, encouraging rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
5. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and user behavior.
6. Use data-driven decision making to guide product strategy and development.
7. Oversee the development and management of common services and software platforms.
8. Manage and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
9. Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading product development in the technology industry.
3. Proven experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
4. Strong knowledge of common services and software platforms.
5. Experience working in an agile environment, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
