Job Details:
Our company is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Design Manager to join our Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that thrives on innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our new product development initiatives, improving existing products, and managing a team of skilled engineers. This role requires a strong background in the design of industrial steel structures, storage products, and agricultural storage products. Proficiency in Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, Vault, AISC, ACI, and ASCE design guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and development of innovative products.
• Drive new product development initiatives from concept to completion.
• Implement product improvement strategies to enhance functionality, design, and overall quality.
• Design industrial steel structures and storage products in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.
• Use Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and Vault to create and modify designs.
• Adhere to AISC, ACI, and ASCE design guidelines in all project phases.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and design trends to stay competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design and development.
• Proven experience in managing a team of engineers.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the design of industrial steel structures and storage products.
• Proficient in Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and Vault.
• Strong understanding of AISC, ACI, and ASCE design guidelines.
• Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
